A’ja Wilson Believes In ‘Staying Poised Through The Noise’
The Las Vegas Aces squared off against the Seattle Storm in the first game of their playoffs. And sure enough, the team demolished the Storm with a scoreline of 102-77. Emerging as one of the strongest sides of the league, the Aces are now looking like a serious contender to win the title. Following their dominant victory, Wilson spoke with ESPN’s Scott Van Pelt and reflected on the outside noise.

“You know, we keep thee main thing the main thing. We let the people talk. We always say ‘stay poised through the noise,’ and that’s what you see now. We never counted each other out, we stuck together, and we’re just playing good basketball within our system. It’s been good so far, but we still have some more work to do,” Wilson said.
