Meanwhile, Wilson has been getting recognition every other day following her impeccable WNBA season. But the most memorable among them did come from her alma mater.
A’ja Wilson Gets Inducted Into USC Hall Of Fame
Wilson recently clapped back at haters who wrote the Aces off this season. And with all the glitz and glamor coming her way, the University of South Carolina decided to honor their superstar alumni. Now, the USC has been pouring Wilson with honors for a long time.

The Aces star had her statue erected outside the Colonel Life Arena in 2021. USC also has her jersey on display in the rafters. And now, they have decided to induct Wilson into the South Carolina Letterman’s Association Hall of Fame.
Overwhelmed by the same, the 29-year-old WNBA icon thanked her parents for supporting her through and through. She said, “You sacrificed, you cheered me on, and you kept me grounded throughout it all. This honor is for you as well.”
Thus, it is evident that Wilson has become the center of attraction after her stellar season. It now remains to be seen what comes next.
