The Indiana Fever nullified the Atlanta Dream attack at the Gainbridge Fieldhouse arena as they levelled the series and forced game three. Stephanie White’s team powered its way to victory behind its home crowd’s support to hold off Allisha Gray and Co. to just 60 points.
Even though Naz Hillmon denied the Indiana Fever the home court advantage, veteran guard Gray had a fiery encounter with a spectator. The fan was kicked out of the arena, angering some fans.
Allisha Gray’s Fiery Encounter With A Fan During Indiana Fever vs. Atlanta Dream Game
The Atlanta Dream was already considering a strong response from the Indiana Fever in Game two of the series after a loss at the Gateway Center in Game 1. Stephanie White’s team came out strong and pounced on every mistake from the opposition to clinch the victory. They held the Dream’s top scorer, Gray, to just nine points in 31 minutes.

Lexi Hull took primary responsibility for guarding the experienced playmaker and did an excellent job on the floor. According to reports, a fan from the courtside seats complimented the Fever forward for her job. He said Gray has already given up and is not trying anymore.
The words angered the Dream guard, who said nasty words to the fan and removed him from the arena. As per the league protocol, the arena staff escorted the fan out of the arena. While the situation showed no misconduct or error from the spectator, netizens thrashed the Dream player for her behavior.

Fans React To Allisha Gray’s Action
Early in the season, Angel Reese’s camp complained about ‘racist comments’ at Gainbridge Fieldhouse Arena, which made the headlines for days. The league investigated the situation and found nothing offensive to take action on. The Fever fans felt ‘targeted’ at the time and now once again have feelings similar to those of the Allisha Gray incident.
Though the fan’s statements were not very offensive, his removal sparked wild reactions from fans.
One fan wrote, “He should sue the WNBA for defamation of character”.
He should sue the WNBA for defamation of character. She doesn’t have the right to get a fan ejected. Let the entire episode come out. The Fever should be a party to the lawsuit.

It’s only toward Indiana fans. You can do all kinds of things to Indiana and not get tossed like Brandin Podziemski running after cc and yelling stuff at her but he was celebrated and cheered on
