Angel Reese Invests In NBL Team Brisbane Bullets
The Brisbane Bullets announced Tuesday that the 2024 Chicago Sky rookie had joined the club’s ownership group. The team plays in the NBA – National Basketball League, operating in Australia and New Zealand.
“Angel is a fantastic ambassador for basketball and a globally recognized superstar,” Brisbane Bullets CEO Malcolm Watts said. “Basketball is Queensland’s fastest growing sport, and that is a powerful message for kids picking up a basketball in Brisbane.”
Angel Reese has set her sights on Aussie hoops, investing in the WNBL.

The franchise has won three NBL Championships so far. Apart from the NBL side, the player also joined the ownership group of United Soccer League club DC Power FC during her Rookie season.

Angel Reese Lauds Young Core Of Team USA
During the December training camp, the 24-year-old forward mentioned that she is ready to learn from all players, as she said, “I take a lot of things from other people”. While she gave every player their due credit and respect, the star praised the young quad on the roster.
“Our young core has been really great,” Reese said in a press conference, “and we haven’t been able to play with each other ever.”
The young core includes Caitlin Clark, Paige Bueckers, Rae Burrell, and Kiki Iriafen, alongside AR5, who all shone on the 2025 WNBA season. Team USA will play Senegal in the opening game on March 11, and will close out the seven-day competition against Spain.
