While the rumors around the ‘future basketball power-couple’ are floating around, the player is still busy with her other activities, which also include her podcast, Unapologetically Angel. Her next guest was close to her heart, the pop singer Ciara.
Angel Reese Lauds Ciara’s Impact
The 2024 rookie launched her podcast a season ago and operates during the offseason period to stay connected with her fans and provide them updates. In the podcast’s season 2 promo, Reese even warned fans against fake news after her comments on the week’s earnings went terribly wrong. Now that the podcast episodes are regular, the next guest was Ciara, the famed singer of ‘How We Roll’.
The 40-year-old singer offered the young basketball star valuable advice and even praised her game. Impressed by her words of wisdom, Reese shared a glimpse of the episode on Instagram and simply wrote, “I love Ciara so much. Such an inspiration.”
Ciara pointed out that an individual should make use of their God-given gift to the fullest, but should also invest in other activities. She lauded the Chi-Town Barbie’s basketball skills and even applauded her ramp walk, which was the point of the discussions between two successful Women entrepreneurs.

Reese uploaded her video on TikTok, which the 33-year-old singer noticed, and the rapper reposted Reese’s video on one of her Instagram stories. Both Reese and Cardi B have a good relationship. In fact, back in June 2023, the WNBA star appeared in one of Cardi B’s music videos, ‘Put It On Da Floor Again.’
