Different leagues demand various skillsets, with the EuroLeague, WNBL and also the Asian leagues slowly closing the gap between them and the WNBA. But if we decode Reese’s coach’s analysis about her play, she would fit in any league.
Coach Tyler Marsh Gives Shout Out To Angel Reese’s Versatility
The Chicago Sky appointed Tyler Marsh as its head coach in 2025 with an eye on the playoffs. Sadly, the side recorded only 11 wins, two fewer than the previous season. While the team’s performance was poor, the former LSU star was right on money, recording multiple double-double performances in the season and leading the league in rebounds.

Coach Marsh also lauded the forward for her versatility, as he said, “From a playing standpoint, she’s a lot more versatile than some people give her credit for. I think that people put her in a box of rebounder, but she can do a little bit more of that. So, the sky is the limit on who she can be as a player.”
The coach also added that she earned All-Star callups in both seasons, which highlights her performances, and also praised her off-court projects. Apart from her modelling and entertainment projects, Angel Reese expands her portfolio with a latest million-dollar investment in a skincare brand.
