The WNBA Season will start on May 8, following the CBA confirmation, and the Chicago Sky will be looking to bounce back from back-to-back disappointing seasons. The franchise still keeps Angel Reese at the heart of its development plans with the two-time All-Star delivering for the Windy City.
While shining on the court with the Sky team, the player makes headlines for her off-court ventures, too. The athlete even became a team owner of the Brisbane Bullets Men’s Team in Australia’s NBL.
But her recent venture added more tasks to her and also earned her a new nickname.

Angel Reese Launches Clothing Line
The 24-year-old star already spoke about her busy offseason during team USA games in Puerto Rico. While she successfully completed her responsibilities with every brand and collaboration, two months before the start of the season, the player announced another collab, which started back in October 2025 and came back with new updates.
“Angel Reese x Juicy Couture: A limited-edition collection that blends court-side confidence with our iconic glam. Think luxe velour, sparkling heritage logos, and unapologetic attitude in every piece. From pink tracks made for stand-out moments to sleek black glam — this collaboration celebrates game-changers,” the caption of Reese’s Instagram story reads.

The player shared the update on her Instagram story and captioned the same with a new nickname: Multitasking QUEEN. Looking at her popularity, ventures, and success rate, the player certainly lives up to the new nickname.
While the news outside the WNBA is very encouraging, the player will have to work harder to get the elite and highest-paid status following the new CBA deal.
Angel Reese And Caitlin Clark To Receive Different Salaries Under New CBA
While there had been a difference between the Sky forward and Fever Guard’s salary with the pick numbers from the 2024 WNBA draft, this gap will get wider following the new CBA deal.
Earlier, under the 2020 CBA Terms, the overall top pick in 2024 made just $78,066 in her rookie season. Reese, the No. 7 pick that same year, earned $73,439 in 2024 and $74,909 in 2025. In 2026, Clark’s salary will rise to $527,155 per new CBA agreement, while the former LSU Star will earn $349,571.

Moreover, with the WNBA All-First team selection, CC is already eligible for the supermax contract in 2027, while Reese could earn $395,015 unless her 2026 season performance earns her a place in the WNBA first or second team.
