Every eye was on the USA Basketball with the WNBA superstars forming a superteam for the FIBA event. Along with the veteran stars, the 2025 training camp featured many young players making their first appearance for the senior team. Cameras caught Caitlin Clark, Angel Reese, and Paige Bueckers locked into an intense drill at Team USA camp, which was an exciting sight for the ‘W’ fans.
Interestingly, the new players defeated the veterans in the scrimmage games, which went to the final possessions. As for the Sky forward, it was like a dream. She lauded every player at the camp and also mentioned that she wants to learn a lot from other stars.

Reese was one of 10 first-timers to the camp, playing alongside the Olympic winners and World Cup winners, which excited the star forward. During her recent interview, she mentioned that she learnt a lot from every player in the camp.
“You want to be surrounded [by] and play with the best, to be the best, you got to play with the best, and you’ve got to beat the best… I’m not going to take this moment for granted. I’m so thankful because a lot of people don’t have this moment. So, I try to take a lot og things from other people, like communications, even just ball handling,” Reese Told USA Basketball.

“Being around players like Chelsea, where she does the behind-the-backs, and you have to be ready for it. Just being able to feel Kah’s energy, to see Aliyah post up and post deep and being able to take those things and implement it within yourself. It just goes to show the growth of the game and how we can just compete in the W [WNBA] but then come back here and just be together.” The Sky forward added.
