Angel Reese might have had the busiest offseason in the WNBA. The star made sure to attend most of the Orlando Magic games to show support for her boyfriend, Wendell Carter Jr.
However, the Magic center, Carter Jr. confirmed their relationship during the game against the Miami Heat with a special gesture. Though Reese hasn’t commented on his statements and actions, her presence at the Magic Games is her ‘silent’ affirmation of the news.
Recently, she attended the Magic vs Knicks game at Maddison Square Garden and shared a post captioning it as ‘WAG’. But in her own words.

Angel Reese Redefines WAG
WAG in the sports industry means ‘Wife and Girlfriend’ of the athlete. With the rumors swirling in Carter’s open acceptance of the love relationship, the former LSU star teased fans with a ‘WAG’ caption to her post.
She defined WAG as ‘Work and Glam’, which might be a letdown for some fans waiting for her confirmation about her relationship with Carter Jr. But it fits perfectly with the Chi-Town Barbie who has made her name as ‘rebound queen’ in the WNBA (leading the league in the stat for two consecutive season), while shinning in the modelling industry with her iconic ramp walk for the Victoria’s Secret.

Incidentally, she looked stunning on the night, wearing the orange and Blue attire, which are the Knicks’ jersey colors.
At the game, she was with another WNBA superstar, Paige Bueckers, following their recent business collab. Paige Bueckers and Angel Reese clicked a photo with Karl Anthony Towns’ father during the New York Knicks Game, and even had fun of their own.

During the game break, the WNBA stars were live on TikTok for the fans, where they answered a few questions as well. Reese took the opportunity to tease PB about her height. “Okay, how tall do y’all think Paige is? Everybody in that chat, for real,” Reese questioned.
PB was ready to give a hint to fans and said, “Don’t say anything in the fives. Like, I know five is our number.” But the former LSU star interrupted the Wings’ star and said, “Wait, are you not like 5’11”? 5’10”?” Upon getting a negative reply from the 2025 rookie, Reese was quick to deny her the 6-feet club and said, “Okay, 5’11”. You not six feet yet.”

The former UConn star is listed as six feet, while the Sky forward is 6-foot-3. Though the height difference looked more than three inches, Buckers pointed out at Reese’s heels as the difference maker.
