Angel Reese became the first female pro-athlete to walk Victoria’s Secret runway. And as the event came to a close, the Chicago Sky star was bombarded with praises. The 23-year-old had quite a decent season in the WNBA. But as far as her team is concerned, the Sky had a dismal year. For a second time in a row, Chicago failed to qualify for the playoffs while lingering at the bottom of the table. Surely, such an experience had a negative impact on Reese. But with her super-supportive team having her back, the Sky star is shining again.
Reese was extremely excited for her fashion walk debut for Victoria’s Secret. And while she completely owned the ramp, the 23-year-old cannot help but thank her team for supporting her and helping her bring her dream to life.
Angel Reese Thanks Her Team As Her Manifestation Comes True
Reese is making sure that all of her dreams are coming true. Till now, she has acted in a Netflix movie and debuted her signature shoes. Moreover, the 23-year-old also walked on the ramp at Victoria’s Secret back in 2024. Last year, when Reese attended the gala event, she wanted to be in the spotlight. And within a year, she has achieved her dream. Reacting to the same, the Sky star gave all the credit to her team.
Taking to her X, formerly known as Twitter account, Reese wrote, “Find you a team that genuinely will do anything possible for you when you have big dreams & goals no matter HOW BIG! Nothing I’ve asked or wanted hasn’t been done!”

The WNBA star also shared a video of her team watching her while Reese was on the ramp. In the footage, her manager, publicist, and lawyer enjoyed Reese’s walk, beaming with pride. Meanwhile, following her incredible walk, Reese received some significant praise from her fellow WNBA stars.
