The Unrivaled wrapped up another successful season with the Mist BC winning the championship. There were many key contributors to the victory, with Breanna Stewart claiming the Final MVP accolade for her all-around performance, while Arike Ogunbowale provided the offensive punch in the game.
In the press conference, Stewart mentioned that she doesn’t celebrate unless she wins (a title), but the celebration for Arike Ogunbowale proved costly as police slapped battery charges on the WNBA star.

Police Arrest Arike Ogunbowale
As per the reports, the police arrested the former Notre Dame star at 4:22 a.m. on Thursday outside of a Miami nightclub. The police report states that Ogunbowale punched a man with a closed fist, and he fell to the ground.
The footage also showed the same incident, and also the staff escorting the playmaker out of E11even. The police said that they reviewed CCTV footage and confirmed the victim’s statement. Per the police report, Ogunbowale was taken into custody without incident.
