Trae Young recently appeared on an episode of the ‘From The Point’ podcast. Speaking about the league, Young stated that there’s no denying that the evolution has already started. He believed that everything happening would certainly improve over time. Continuing with his statement, Young particularly seemed impressed with Caitlin Clark.
“It’s just like every other sport. The evolution in everything is going to continue to get better,” Young said. “I mean, the players now are watching Caitlin and seeing what they’re doing and want to just add that to their game and maybe add a little bit of spice, you know what I’m saying?”
Surely, Young has all the reasons to name-drop Clark. The Indiana Fever star has taken the WNBA by storm. Clark has become the Face of the league due to her incredible on-court skills and sublime three-point shooting. Apart from Clark, the likes of Angel Reese and Paige Bueckers have made their names with some dominant performances. Meanwhile, with praises flowing in, Clark is currently waiting for her return to the big stage.
Caitlin Clark Makes A Concerning Confession About Her Injury
Caitlin Clark has been injured several times now. After missing 11 games, there is no confirmation on when the Fever star will return to action. In the midst of all this, Clark has dropped a concerning update. She stated that after her groin niggle, she is not feeling like a ‘young body.’

“This is the first time I haven’t felt like a young body that can run around and sprint every day and continue to do that. Being a professional athlete, you really have to take care of both your body and your mind—it’s been a journey learning about that,” Clark said.
