The WNBA 2026 season is full of uncertainties. While fans are hoping to see the season start on time, the huge free agency casts doubt over 100+ players’ franchises, with the possibility of many players representing new teams in the 2026 season. As for the Indiana Fever, Caitlin Clark wants Sophie Cunningham back, as she openly highlighted her wish.
Through CBA terms, fee agency signings and expansion draft will decide the fate of the former Missouri star, there is one place where the two can team up, and it’s not basketball, though.

Bella Twins Challenge Caitlin Clark & Sophie Cunningham For WWE WrestleMania
After Royal Rumble 2026, all eyes are on WrestleMania with the biggest event in the WWE hosting the biggest stars in the industry. There had been many iconic crossovers in the WWE with NBA stars like Shaquille O’Neal, Tyrese Haliburton, and Jalen Brunson appearing on the WWE shows.
Now it’s time for the WNBA stars to be part of the Wrestling match-up with Bella twins challenging Sophie Cunningham and Clark for a bout in the mega event in April. The twins spoke about the match in their recent red-carpet interview as Nikki confidently said, “Sophie and Caitlin vs the Bellas. Book it for WrestleMania.”

This is not the first time the Fever forward was called for a wrestling match. David McClain, founder of Women of Wrestling (WOW), liked her dynamic presence as an enforcer and sees her as a perfect fit for the wrestling match. CC also received praise from WWE stars.
Former WWE Champion Praises Caitlin Clark
Seth Rollins is one of the established stars in the WWE ring and has held most of the titles in his career, including the heavyweight championship. Though he is a Chicago Bulls fan, he lauded CC’s impact on the women’s basketball team and compared her to Michael Jordan.

“I am a Bulls fan, so I don’t want to get blasphemous, but it’s Jordan-esque,” Rollins said in an interview.
Although fans would be excited to see the Fever-duo in the WWE ring, it would be a far-fetched idea now, as CC is focusing on her team USA duties, and Sophie Cunningham is also looking to get back to her full fitness.
