The Unrivaled league enjoyed massive support from the Philadelphia crowd. The league’s record-breaking Philadelphia crowd had players buzzing over the explosive rise they saw. While every team was looking to continue its run in the league, the tussle at the top is between Breanna Stewart-led Mist BC and Alyssa Thomas-led Laces BC.
Both sides remained top sides after a strong start to the season, and with just nine game days remaining in the regular season, they take a commanding lead in the standings. And the game between the two challengers ended with a strong fourth-quarter performance from the winning team.

Breanna Stewart And Co. Fall Flat Against Laces’ Defence
Rose BC and Breeze BC were early favorites in the league with their unbeaten start to the season, but their struggles in the later part of the season, followed by the Mist BC and Laces BC’s consistency, changed the rankings dramatically.
For the battle of the top seeds, Stewart led her team with 16 points and nine rebounds, getting support from Arike Ogunbowale’s offensive play. But Jackie Youn once again stepped up with 16 points production while AT put up 20 points along with 11 rebounds performance.

With the teams separated by just one point at the end of the third quarter, many expected a close contest, but Naz Hillmon, Alyssa Thomas and Young shut down the opposition with a strong defensive display to record a comfortable 67-62 win.
