One of the concerning factors in the CBA Deal is timing, with just under three months left before the season starts and two months before the WNBA draft. But more importantly, Stewie’s EuroLeague final will be on May 8, exactly on the opening day of the 2026 season.
As per the WNBA’s recent CBA guidelines, the players shall be present in the training facility well before the start of the training sessions, which generally are 15 days before the start of the season. If the Liberty star misses the training date, she won’t be able to register herself for the season.
