After the Indiana Fever’s exciting season, many players scattered around the world for the action. Brianna Turner returned to Australia and played for the Perth Lynx, and now will be in action again as she will be part of the Athletes United league. Tina Charles leads the AU’s mega roster as the fifth edition starts on February 4.
While the league’s schedule coincides with the Unrivalled league, the Fever forward is not worried about the same; she even showed support for the 3-on-3 league.

Brianna Turner Showing Support To Unrivaled League
The TV ratings for Unrivaled League are discouraging. Even though the actual numbers might be different, considering that HBO Max views are not included in the calculations. Also, many top players like opted against playing in season 2. But the Unrivalled stakeholders are hoping for long-term success despite plummeting TV ratings, raising concerns.
Amid this, the Indiana Fever forward extended her support for the league. She recently shared a post, hyping up the women’s basketball. Turner wrote in her post, “I truly enjoy watching women’s basketball. Idc if it’s college, wnba, euroleague, unrivaled, athletes unlimited, etc. I’m tuning in whenever I get the chance.”

While the player spoke highly about every major league in Women’s basketball, the player opened on the CBA discussions.
Brianna Turner Opens Up On ‘Unfair’ CBA Proposal
The WNBA and WNBPA discussions hit a rough patch with the league overlooking the player demands. Many players criticized the league’s approach. Turner was critical about one point, though – the housing arrangement.
She argued it could hurt on-court performance and leave players vulnerable, especially those on lower contracts. “The math certainly isn’t mathing housing should be a priority, not just to maintain the best on court product, but also in terms of player safety. Playing on a minimum AND unguaranteed contract, while trying to source housing sounds like a reality no W player should face,” Turner wrote.
