The WNBA and WNBPA are going at each other with their proposals and criticism to prove their points in the CBA discussions. While the league set March 10 as the deadline for the CBA finalization the pressure is on both parties. 12-year veteran Brittney Griner finds it amusing to see the WNBPA taking strong steps.

While recent statements pushed back the ‘sitting-out’ talks, the vice president on the WNBPA’s executive committee, Alysha Clark, mentioned that despite players offering the 2026 season possibility, they could opt for a strike.

Britney Griner Staying Put With Atlanta Dream
With the CBA talks’ completion, one of the biggest processes that the league had to go through will be free agency signings, and the Dream forward is one of the top free agents in the league at the moment. When asked about her future plans, the former Mercury star already has her eyes set on one franchise.
She had been a defensive powerhouse for the Atlanta Dream side and wishes to continue with the side. “I’m looking forward to it. Everybody on that team, it was just easy. The decision will be completely on CBA terms, with the salary cap and max salary value deciding top player trades.
