Caitlin Clark is one of the most famous WNBA players and an inspiration to many. During a recent game against Italy, cameras caught a young fan holding an adorable sign with a heartfelt plea to the Fever star, calling her ‘inspiration’.
While it was not the only video of CC that went viral during the qualifier games, her recent actions copying ‘21 Savage’ also made rounds on the internet as she tried to hide her face against the wall to avoid reporters.

Media is everywhere for players like Angel Reese, Paige Bueckers, and CC. The trio of superstars is also shining brightest on the floor and proving their worth for Team USA in their debut season. While the press found a lot to write and say about the players, they even tried to highlight awkward tension between Clark and Angel Reese during the Team USA game against Puerto Rico.
While there were just assumptions about the incidents, the tired Feever guard was looking to avoid any questions from the media. So while walking through the tunnel, she slowly started walking towards the wall, and as she got closer to the reporters’ section, she pressed her face against the wall and swiftly moved away.

Incidentally, during an NFL game, British rapper 21 Savage also used a similar trick as he entered the tunnel with Kandel Jenner.

Making her debut along with Paige Bueckers and also playing with established stars like Kelsey Plum and Chelsea Gray, there were a few questions about CC’s game time and potential role in the Team USA roster. But right from game one, the player took over the team’s offence and led key stats, including scoring and assists.
In the first three games, Clark has 37 points, 19 assists, and shot 100% from the two-point range. She even netted seven of the 13 three-pointers in the game, putting her side always in control of the game.
