The season-ending injury might have limited Caitlin Clark’s availability in the regular season and playoffs; the star already has a very packed offseason schedule. With multiple commitments lined up, the Fever rookie is always on the move, balancing her rehab schedules with it.
Clark stole the spotlight with a surprise visit to the Indianapolis brand event, where she delivered an inspirational speech to the brand’s employees. However, for basketball fans, her gameplay itself is an inspiration and entertainment, which is why her old video, resurfacing on the internet once again, went viral.
Caitlin Clark’s ’22 Points In Two Minutes’ Video Goes Viral
The video was from CC’s practice game against the Iowa boys’ team, where the star erupted for 22 points in just two minutes, handing her side a chance for a comeback. She narrated the story to David Letterman during her interview on Netflix, and everyone was in shock upon hearing about it, as the game was not televised.

Still, there were many spectators to the game (which is not new for Clark games), and one of them captured the memorable moment. The video once again went viral amid the 2025 WNBA offseason.
“We have a practice team that’s all guys… I think we were down 15. We made a couple threes, we cut [the lead] to like 10, maybe,” Caitlin Clark told Letterman in the interview. “It was me, but the points went to the Iowa Hawkeyes. So I think I had 22 points in 2 minutes, that was the moral of the story.”
I'm glad they are trying to change Caitlin Clark into a typical WNBA player. After all, no one wants to watch this, right? RIGHT? 🤣 pic.twitter.com/hFHMPyJm5h

While her range shooting and explosive scoring ability are not new to fans, still scoring 22 points in two minutes amazes them. The video went viral with over 20K views in a few hours. The player had many similar moments in the WNBA, also showcasing her scoring touch, but fans missed her absence in the 2025 season.
They will be eagerly waiting for the upcoming season as the player will be looking to get back to full fitness and deliver an ‘expected championship’ for the Fever team.
Caitlin Clark Gearing Up For 2026 WNBA Season
The player played in only 13 games for the Indiana team in the 2025 season, and it was the first time fans saw CC not in her team’s rotation in a competitive game. While the Fever made up for some resilient gameplay and reached the WNBA semifinals, the playmaker is already working hard on her recovery.
Clark even made the Team USA Basketball decision clear as she hit the offseason and missed an opportunity to sign for many other leagues, including the Unrivaled. In 2024, the 23-year-old also focused on her strength and conditioning to counter the physicality of the league, demonstrating her commitment to the Fever franchise and her dedication to becoming a better version of herself.
