Team USA’s Training camp found many positives, with new and veteran stars gelling well with each other and delivering top-notch gameplay on the floor. Fans even believed Caitlin Clark’s team USA chemistry could shape future roster moves in the upcoming free agency.
It was evident that the 2024 rookie was having a good time on the court and was happy to play with other WNBA stars as she returned from a lingering injury that kept her out for most of the 2025 season.
However, a fan claimed that the player was ‘off’ her usual self, following a stalker incident that had occurred earlier in the day.

Caitlin Clark Faces Stalker Incident At Training Camp
Early in the 2025 season, Clark stalker was sentenced to 18 months after pleading guilty to harassing the Fever rookie. The incident shook the world as many other players also raised concerns over similar incidents.
Although the 55-year-old stalker is no longer a concern, a fan claimed that a similar incident occurred during the recent Team USA training camp. According to the report, the former Iowa star was confronted by a stalker who showed up at the Hotel Where the team was staying. The fan also claimed that the ‘unwanted faceoff’ disturbed the playmaker.

While the rumors about the stalker attract the attention of people, fans can’t help but point out some of the defensive flaws of CC in the camp. Paige Bueckers, for example, dodges CC’s defensive attempt easily and scored a side-step three-pointer to win the game.

Kelsey Plum also showed her trademark spin move to score a lay-up and drew a foul from the Fever guard. Fans reacted to Plum’s hot play over Clark, as the player couldn’t do anything to stop the Sparks’ prolific scorer.
The Fever guard, however, acknowledged that she needs to work on her endurance after missing from the action for over four months. She also added that she is feeling healthy now and will be back at her best.
