Caitlin Clark has been one of the regular names coming up in the CBA discussions as Napheesa Collier asked for more salary, citing the Fever guard’s reference. The player also spoke about the CBA discussions, asking for smooth negotiations, pleading parties to consider compromising on their respective stands.
The CBA discussions have also been going on for over a year. Amid this, a WNBA analyst made a bold claim regarding a possible outcome had CC signed with Klutch Sports agency.

Caitlin Clark Fans React To Rachel DeMita’s Claims
On her podcast, analyst Rachel DeMita mentioned that the WNBA and WNBPA need to complete the deal as early as possible, looking at the starting date of the 2026 season. She hypothetically makes a comment that had the 2024 Fever rookie signed with Klutch Sports agency, the outcome of the discussions would have been different.
She said, “They (Klutch Sports Group) have a lot of power in the NBA space. If Caitlin Clark was signed to Klutch, I feel like this CBA would have been done by now.”

Interestingly, DeMita also lauded Clark’s new project as part of NBC’s pre-game show.
Caitlin Clark To Debut On NBC’s Sunday Pre-Game Show
The NBC is looking to spice up its Sunday mega block buster game, adding the Fever guard to its group of coverage team. The network announced Tuesday that Clark — the Indiana Fever star with an enormous following within the game — is joining the network’s pregame coverage for its debut of “Sunday Night Basketball” this weekend when the Los Angeles Lakers play the New York Knicks at Madison Square Garden.
The executive producer for NBC Sports said, “There’s no more iconic figure in basketball in the women’s game right now, or the game in general. So, we said, ‘Let’s have a bigger conversation’.”

While the player already tried her hand at Baseball commentary in closed doors, she would certainly find it easier to comment on basketball games.
