What was once regarded as a second choice after the NBA, the WNBA is giving it great competition. Players like Caitlin Clark are now flying private. But it seems like there are still a few misses the Indiana Fever rookie noticed on the Delta Air Lines.
Clark, along with her Indiana teammates, has been a strong supporter of the Pacers for the NBA championship. However, their dreams were cut short after the Oklahoma City Thunder overpowered the Pacers in Game 7.
Caitlin Clark Hopes Delta Flights Get Personal Screens For Every Player
As her favorite for the 2025 NBA Finals, the Pacers, fell short of their first championship ring, Clark got a front-row seat for the game. She had a great time flipping back and forth between the WNBA game and the NBA Finals.
However, the Fever rookie had one big suggestion for Delta. She wants personal screens before each seat on the Flight. While this might not be too much for a $335 million valued franchise, they can get it all for the premium seats.
“I think we’re going to be in the air. We fly Delta, and sometimes they have the screens on the back of the plane, but sometimes they don’t. So, I’m hoping for the ones with the screens on the back of the chairs so I don’t have to pay for WiFi. I’m a little cheap,” Clark said (via IndyStar).

Additionally, she also appreciated the Pacers for the kind of game they have played throughout the season. It was her NBA friend and city counterpart, Tyerese Haliburton, who made the most effort for the Pacers. However, his NBA dream was cut short with a gruesome Achilles tear.

Caitlin Clark Sends Prayers To Tyrese Haliburton After Achilles Injury
Despite Caitlin Clark and the whole Indiana fanbase supporting the Pacers, the OKC Thunder got the last laugh. The Shai Gilgeous-Alexander-led team won its first championship.
However, the Pacers lost majorly because of Haliburton’s ugly injury in the first quarter of Game 7. He put too much strain on his already injured calf while leaning forward. It resulted in a painful Achilles tear.
Soon after the slow-mo video of the injury went viral, prayers kept pouring in. Clark also took to her Instagram story to react to the painful injury. She posted Tyerese’s image along with praying emojis.
