Even though it was just a second appearance at the Annika Pro Am event, Caitlin Clark sure looked prepared this time. She practiced at Michael Jordan’s exclusive golf club, had an NCAA Champion as her Gold partner, and even her Fever teammates supported her as caddies.
Just before the tee-off, Clark showed off her custom Nike outfit for the Annika Pro-Am Golf tournament. With everything in place, the player did well on the golf course, but her one long putt stole the show as fans couldn’t get enough of her ‘skillful’ display.
Fans React To Caitlin Clark’s Long Putt
Annika Sorenstam praised her celebrity golfer from the WNBA as she drew a huge following to a one-of-a-kind golf event. Caitlin Clark’s leadership inspired Donald Trump’s granddaughter, Kai Trump, to draw parallels as role models. While these were examples of her influence on fans and other legends, she demonstrated why she is so much loved with a skilled display on the golf course.
The Fever guard experienced somewhat of a down day on the course, as Clark’s shots sailed to the right more often than not. But she didn’t fail to woo the fans with a few masterful strokes, one of which was like a pro-golfer. Incidentally, she said, “I need to make a long putt to get the crowd going.” And on the next shot, her smooth sailing low ball in the hole took over the internet.

Even though Clark’s team finished tied for 36th at the event, fans couldn’t believe her long putt as she reacted to the same.

While fans are happy with her performance on the Golf course, they got even sweeter news as the player answered questions on her fitness and recovery from injury.
Caitlin Clark Provides Positive Update On Her Fitness
The picture of the 2025 WNBA finals might have been different if CC had played in the postseason. That’s what fans were saying at the time, though they were happy with the team’s spirited performance. She played in just 13 games and missed the entire playoffs due to injury. The star on the golf course provided a positive update on her rehab.
“l’ve played less, just because I haven’t been able to get out there with some of the injuries that I was dealing with. But now I’m feeling back to 100%,” Clark told the interviewer on the golf course.
