After the WNBA’s 2026 season schedule release, fans are eager to see their favorite players back in action. Caitlin Clark, in particular, missed a large portion of the 2025 season due to injury, and the spectators want her back on the basketball court. Clark’s injury absence may be quietly diminishing the Indiana Fever road game hype as venue upgrades plummet in 2026.
But fans need not worry about her availability as they could hear about it well before the season starts, listening to her on NBC’s pregame program.

Caitlin Clark As Special Guest On NBC Sunday Night Show
According to a recent update from the broadcasters, the Fever superstar is joining the network’s pregame coverage for its debut of “Sunday Night Basketball” this coming weekend and will cover the Los Angeles Lakers vs the New York Knicks game.
She will once again be behind the mic on March 29, covering the Knicks’ game against the defending champions, the Oklahoma City Thunder. Sam Flood, executive producer for NBC Sports, said, “There’s no more iconic figure in basketball in the women’s game right now, or the game in general. So, we said, ‘let’s have a bigger conversation.'”

It is important to note that the former Iowa playmaker is a huge LeBron James fan and recently voiced strong support for James amid ongoing debate over his legacy.
