The WNBA announced its 2026 schedule amid the CBA standoff. Fans and teams felt relieved by the announcement, though players expressed discontent and want to see CBA discussions given priority. Angel Reese and Caitlin Clark also opened up on the CBA discussions while they were at the USA training camp.
The franchises, though, are taking the opportunity to book arenas and plan their schedules around the WNBA’s given dates. The Chicago Sky didn’t waste time taking care of business, booking the United Center for its important game.
