Draymond Green Confronts Fan Over ‘Angel Reese’ Taunt
The Golden State Warriors improved their season record to 9-6 following a win over the Pelicans behind Moses Moody and Dray Green’s offensive play. One heckler looked to distract the four-time champion with Angel Reese taunts – though Green didn’t take the player’s name.

The story from Sam claims that he started chanting “Angel Reese” at the Warriors star to reference the controversial WNBA player from the Chicago Sky’s style of play. Green lost his composure and confronted the fan until the referee separated them.

“He just kept calling me a woman,” Green said after the game. “He got quiet, though. So, it was fine.”

After the incident, Green mentioned that he got angry that the fan was calling her ‘a woman’ to avoid taking any name. The former Defensive Player of the Year winner also avoided a certain ejection by controlling himself and not taking the situation out of hand.
