Erica Wheeler has been quite the spectacle to watch for the Seattle Storm. Owing to her impeccable performance on the hardwood, the Storm star had become one of the mainstays of the team. Unfortunately, despite Storm’s playoff debacle, Wheeler has remained undeterred. And now, as the postseason comes nearer, the 34-year-old star is all set to begin a new journey.
The Storm had one of the biggest heartbreaks in the playoffs. With Noelle Quinn trying her best to marshal her troops, the Las Vegas Aces escaped with a narrow victory. Quite expectedly, the likes of Wheeler and co. have been feeling the brunt. But she will surely try to make it up when she steps into Unrivaled.
Erica Wheeler Will Look To Impress In Unrivaled
In a recent update on X, formerly known as Twitter, the Storm star was announced to be part of Unrivaled. As the news was confirmed, the graphics also added some interesting details to the Seattle Star. One look at it will clarify why the 34-year-old’s induction to the league is justified.

Paige Bueckers Signs Up With Unrivaled Along With Erica Wheeler
Wheeler might have witnessed the WNBA a lot more than Bueckers. But looking at the Dallas Wings’ rookie’s game, it did not feel that this was her debut year. Ever since stepping foot into the league, Bueckers has wreaked havoc. And despite her team finishing last, the 23-year-old star did not have a problem winning the Rookie of the Year award.

In fact, Bueckers’ impact was such that she almost won the award unanimously. Out of the 72 votes, the Wings’ rookie garnered 70 votes herself. And that was not all. She also led the rookie batch with 692 points and a whopping 194 assists. Thus, when the official page of Unrivaled announced her association with the league, the post immediately became viral. The fans and critics became utterly excited to be able to witness Bueckers’ magic once again on the hardwood. And while the league would prove to be a practice opportunity for the star rookie to sharpen her skills, the upcoming season is expected to be a big one for Bueckers.
