Beverly is usually known for his bold and controversial takes on matters. And this time too, things were not much different. Following the Aces’ emphatic victory in the WNBA finals, the former NBA star came forward and congratulated the team. However, what he said next made some big headlines.
Beverly went on to say that the Aces looked pretty solid as a team. So much so, that the Aces have the potential to beat an NBA team. “idk if it’s the 🍷 but i really believe this Aces team could beat a NBA team,” Beverley tweeted.
