Angel Reese has been one of the biggest stars for the Chicago Sky. Apart from her antics on the hardwood, she is also looking to expand her territory outside of it. Only recently, Reese was mocked by fans for flaunting her rebounding trophy. And now, she has once again managed to come into the firing line of the fans.
In a historic deal, Reese teamed up with Reebok to release her signature sneakers. From the moment it was announced, the hype around the sneakers shot through the roof. Unfortunately, once the sale dropped, things turned pretty sour for the fans.
Angel Reese Sneakers Fails To Get The Nod From The Fans
Reese recently dropped the sale of her exclusive sneaker line. And within minutes, the hyped-up audiences ensured the entire sneaker haul was sold out. It took merely 30 minutes for all the shoes to sell out. Naturally, looking at the overwhelming response, the Sky star was extremely happy. In fact, Reese had already predicted the same back in 2024. However, as the initial excitement died down, it was time for the sneakers to be put to the test.
Most of them failed the test, to say the least. Within a few days of the sale, fans immediately began to complain about the build quality of the shoes. Uploading videos on the internet, several fans showed how the shoes were getting worn off right after the first use. In certain instances, the soles of the sneakers were starting to fall off.

Surely, this is not a good start for Reese’s exclusive collection line. Moreover, with so much controversy already keeping Reese preoccupied, these new additions are sure to elevate her concerns. Fans immediately took matters to social media and lashed out at the sneaker line.
