The Chicago Sky’s season was done and dusted two weeks ago, as they were out of the playoff race only in August. The franchise and players tried to stay positive through the tough situation and celebrated every little victory. Angel Reese highlighted that their love for basketball motivates them in the games.
After a recent dominant performance against the Connecticut Sun, the franchise recorded its 10th win of the season. The Sky social media team tried to hype up the win using its superstar forward’s clip from the game.
Chicago Sky Puts Angel Reese Highlights To Emphasize Her Impact
There is no question about the former LSU star’s popularity and fan following. She is the Chicago Sky’s best player on the court and the most marketable face off the court. With that in mind, the franchise used one of her clips from the win over the Connecticut Sun to hype up their victory at the Wintrust Arena.

In the video, Reese encouraged the home crowd to show more enthusiasm and take control of the game. The Sky led the game right from the start and never let the Sun push for a comeback.
The 2024 rookie had a double-double stat line (once again) by scoring 18 points and collecting 13 rebounds in the game. Kamila Cardoso had 16 points while Kia Nurse scored 12 points in the 88-64 win over the Sun.

Yet no one can deny the impact of the 23-year-old rookie. She is the most followed WNBA player and has found individual success in the league. She is even one of the few stars owning a signature shoe line. The youngster recently shared a post informing of the launch of her signature Reebok AR1 shoes. Sophie Cunningham even praised Reese for her impact on the league while comparing her with Caitlin Clark.
The player will be looking to answer her critics in the upcoming season, as the 2025 season is almost over. She has already urged the front office to make some productive signings for the team’s success.
