After the Unrivaled Season 2 wrap-up, all attention now shifts to the USA Basketball game with WNBA stars representing the team in the FIBA World Cup Qualifiers. USA Basketball announced the team in February, and Caitlin Clark celebrated her first-ever senior-level selection for the national side.
While players come in for the second training camp, just before the actual tournament, every player brought in energy and positivity. Kelsey Plum had other ideas, which caught the fever star off guard, who was following her. Fans, though, loved the little fun moment, commenting on the video shared by USA Basketball.

The pressure is real with Team USA’s new core looking to defend the title and the legacy that the previous teams left on the World stage. In Women’s basketball, Team USA has been a dominating force and linking with the program adds extra responsibility on players’ shoulders.
While this is a general notion among the fans and critics when it comes to national teams, Kelsey Plum doesn’t take any pressure. She rather entered the Team USA training camp in a joyous mood, dancing to her own tunes and looking to lighten up the mood right from the start. Clark, who was just behind her, was in all smiles and looked to avoid joining her.

During the December training camp, the Sparks’ guard played hard on Clark, hitting basket after basket, though both competitive players respected each other’s space and specialty, a few fans commented on Plum’s savage attack on Clark. Incidentally, the player was not 100% returning from the injury, and now she has a positive update on the same.
Caitlin Clark Reveals ‘Healthy’ Return
One thing that excited most of the WNBA fans was watching the Fever’s playmaker back on the floor. She played in just 13 games in the 2025 season and was not part of any other league, AU or Unrivalled, focusing on her health.
In the March training camp, she said, “I’m sure after the first minute of running around on the court, I’ll be just fine. But more than anything, just really excited. I know how much work and how much time I put in to make sure my body’s as healthy as it can be and to get back.”
While the star had been in practice sessions and weight rooms during the offseason, playing in a competitive game is certainly different and needs more energy.
