Flau’jae Johnson Makes Honest Admission About Her LSU Leadership Role
Coming into 2025, things were particularly tough for LSU. The roster underwent a series of changes, the most notable being the departure of Aneesah Morrow. While Morrow had some stellar seasons for the Tigers and was also the team’s highest scorer last season, she was drafted by the Connecticut Sun.

Now, as new players have joined, they need an experienced campaigner to guide them. And this season, Johnson looks like the perfect fit for the role. “It falls on me 100% because I know the system, I know what we need to do, I know what needs to happen, and I know what Coach Mulkey wants, so I have to be an active leader, lead by example, so they know what to do, and do the right thing on and off the court,” Johnson stated, speaking about her leadership role.
Thus, with all the hype building up, fans now wait to see which team Flau’jae Johnson ultimately joins.
