As per Nike’s latest update, Watkins will get his first signature Nike shoe this summer under LeBron James’ NXXT line. Fans commented on the news, congratulating the USC star.

Fans React to JuJu Watkin’s Signature Shoe
Playing just two seasons in the NCAAW, Watkins proved her worth as the most followed and offensively potent star on the basketball court. Nike already tied up the future superstar and recently assigned her to LeBron James’ NXXT shoe line.
With that, the player became the first WNBA star to get LBJ’s PE. Nike is not stopping at just one announcement and is ready to launch their first edition Silver Lining this summer, highlighting the player’s struggles and return to the action.

The NCAAW star is yet to enter the league and already has a signature with Nike, which highlights her impact and influence on the game, as fans mentioned in their comments, but they are also waiting to see her back on the floor, and her recent interview might just provide good news for the fans.
JuJu Watkins Opens Up On Her Recovery
The prolific scorer has multiple records in just two seasons with the program and is ready to move up in the record books with her flawless game. Though ACL injury kept her away from action, it’s been nearly a year since the guard suffered an injury, and fans are expecting her to be back in action in the 2026-27 season.
“I’m in a really good place. Just being able to pour into my teammates and having such a strong support system, that’s got me through this moment and through this time. I’m continuing to go through it, but not taking any day for granted. Trying to get out there as soon as I can, but also listening to my body. I’m still growing as a player, even though I’m not out there,” Watkins said in an exclusive interview with Athletic.
During her participation in Team USA training, the player also gave USA basketball camp insights. Fans will be eagerly waiting for her signature shoe and, more importantly, her return on the floor.
