Kelsey Plum Reveals The Stars’ Uncertainty About How To Use Her
Plum’s rookie season was not easy as she felt uncertainty with the Stars. She did mention that the organization and coaches were probably in a difficult position. However, it was certain that they were not sure what to do with her at one point.
“I was just more kinda at a loss for words ’cause I got drafted but there was very much of a ‘hey we’re not really sure what to do with you’. And I was kinda like, you guys had the No. 1 pick, like…you could have traded it for something else so you could have picked and then traded it, or you could have done a lot of things,” Kelsey Plum said on Sue Bird’s YouTube Channel.

“It was tough. Because when I got there, it was made clear, like, ‘hey, we don’t want you here, but you’re here. So we don’t know what to do with you,” Plum continued.
Despite all the struggles, Kelsey Plum overcame her challenging situation and emerged as a well-recognized player in the league. Her reason for leaving the Las Vegas Aces shocked several fans. Yet, Plum has her goals set high as she continues to pursue many more milestones.
