The Indiana Fever has been on a roll at the moment. With the team losing out on stars like Caitlin Clark, Sophie Cunningham, and more, their paths to the playoffs looked pretty crowded. However, as things stand now, the Fever is in the semis, enjoying a 1-0 lead over the formidable Las Vegas Aces. So how did the transformation happen? Well, head coach Stephanie White’s tactics made the likes of Chennedy Carter praise the Fever despite being an arch-rival. And now, it was Lexie Hull who gave White her due flowers.
Lately, critics have targeted White heavily. With several injuries depleting her team, its form dipped. Experts even concluded that the Fever will be bowing out within the first couple of games against the Atlanta Dream. But when that did not happen, the likes of Hull heaped praises on her.
Lexie Hull Gives Reality Check To All Of Stephanie White’s Haters
The Fever’s impeccable form brought out some raw emotions from the stars. Sophie Cunningham could not hide her feelings after Fever got into the finals. And now, commenting on how White had transformed a depleted side into a championship contender, Hull had admiration oozing from her words. The Fever star recently appeared in an episode of ESPN’s ‘Vibe Check.’

“It’s honestly incredible. I don’t think you could put anybody else out there with the hand we’ve been dealt and get the same outcome that we’ve got if we didn’t have her leading our ship. So, we’re really grateful for her,” said Hull.
Hull continued her praise and hailed White as an Indiana legend. The Fever star also concluded her statement by saying that White is one of the smartest coaches she has played with in her entire career. However, Hull was not the only player to have praised White.

Kelsey Mitchell Acknowledged Stephanie White For Transforming Indiana Fever
Mitchell had been one of the mainstays of the Fever squad in the absence of the big names. With her impeccable showing, the Fever is now leading the Aces 1-0 in the semis. And while there is still a lot more hard work remaining, things are looking pretty rosy for Indiana. And once again, Mitchell pointed out the master mind behind the magical transformation. While Natalie Nakase might have won the Coach of the Year, White, too, has been spot on with her tactics. After all, what else could explain losing to the Atlanta Dream in the playoff game 1? And then again, surging to the semis in emphatic fashion.

“As a friend and a player, you grow to appreciate her because certain doors have opened because she’s come to the Fever. You have to respect that and I love the teammate and person in her because she’s accepted it with so much grace and even welcomed us with open arms to make this thing happen,” Mitchell said.
Well, it is evident that things are looking extremely rosy for Fever. Fans will be eager to see how things pan out in the future.
