Getting hard hits from the opponents and still carrying the expectations of a massive fanbase was never an easy task, but the team survived till the semifinal of the league. One unrated name in that run was Lexie Hull.

Lexie Hull Mentions Stanford As Best Choice Of Her Life
The Indiana Fever forward was a standout performer for Stanford University, joining the program on January 17, 2016, along with her sister Lacie. The star led the side to the NCAA Championship, which the university failed to repeat after Hull’s departure.
Reflecting on her memories of joining the prestigious college and its program, the player shared a story and lauded it as the best decision of her life. “The best decision 10 years ago @lacie.hull,” Hull wrote.

While Lexie was the sixth overall pick in the 2022 draft, her sister went undrafted. For Stanford College, the forward averaged 11.1 points and 5.2 rebounds. Meanwhile, Lacie averaged 4.1 points and 2.8 rebounds through 134 matchups.

The player was part of Fever’s 2024 surge and also played a key role in the 2025 season. Though Cunningham is a fan favourite, the franchise is now considering long-term plans and might also look to add the former Mercury star if they can align with the new CBA terms.
