The WNBA has seen many rivalries that have made the games and league more nerve-racking. The rivalries between teams lasted for a long time, while those between the players are more intense. When Paige Bueckers entered the league, she drew comparisons to Caitlin Clark, her national teammate and college competitor.
While fans had differing opinions, players from other leagues also expressed their preferences. While Bueckers and Clark share a unique rookie record with their strong first season in the league, the Wings Center, Luisa Geiselsoder, made her choice.
Luisa Geiselsoder Provides Her View On Paige Bueckers And Caitlin Clark’s Killer Instinct
The 25-year-old star was on a ‘The Journey’ podcast, where she answered many WNBA-related questions. On one question, the host of the show asked her to choose between the Fever guard and the Wings guard’s rookie season. She sided with PB, and the discussion ended there.

A fan commented on the video post on Instagram and said, “Caitlin Clark is revolutionizing women’s basketball right now. Paige Bueckers is extremely good but without ‘killer instinct’,”
While it was his opinion, putting the former UConn star’s name in the mix and doubting her killer instincts didn’t go well with the German star. “Caitlin Clark is definitely and an important part of the revolution in women’s basketball. Definitely not the only one tho…. Paige Bueckers has a “killer instinct” I can confirm 100% from live experience. :)” Geiselsoder wrote.
