The WNBA offseason is on for 11 of 13 teams eliminated from the WNBA playoffs. While a few players are on vacation or back in their home countries, the Indiana Fever players showed their support for the Indianapolis Colts, their city’s NFL team. Caitlin Clark led the support members at the Lucas Oil Arena.
The Colts were also generous, presenting Caitlin Clark with a personalized gift along with her teammates. However, during the photoshoots, keen-eyed fans notice one detail that drives them crazy.
NFL Fans Love Caitlin Clark’s Loyalty
After playing in 13 games during the 2025 season, the Fever rookie was recovering from an injury. She highlighted that the rehab is a daunting task and requires even more effort. While the player was constantly supporting her team throughout the regular season and postseason games, she now has some free time and was seen at Lucas Oil Arena supporting the Indianapolis Colts with her teammates – Natasha Howard, Aari McDonald, and Makayla Timpson.

Fans also showed their love for their favorite team and players, who had an incredible 2025 season, as they entered the arena. The same goes for the time when the Fever players were on the Jumbo screen, which showed how much the Indiana fans love their ‘W’ team. The Fever players wore the jerseys presented to them as they took seats in the stands.

Fans pointed out that Clark didn’t wear the jersey like other Fever players. Some pointed out that Clark supports the Kansas City Chiefs team, and hence, she just showed up for the game but chose not to wear the Colts’ jersey.

The Fever guard declared her love for the KC team as she attended the Super Bowl alongside her friend Taylor Swift. She even openly supported the Kansas team during her college days, and now, with her recent act, she showed loyalty to her team.
Caitlin Clark Decides To Stay Away From ‘Collier-Engelbert’ War Of Words
The 23-year-old star was one of the mentions in Napheesa Collier’s accusations, where the Lynx star claimed that the WNBA Commissioner made a bold comment on CC’s earnings. This was a hot topic in the league, and Clark had to address it as the press asked for her reaction.
But the Fever guard played it safe and only showed support to Collier’s point of view. When interviewers tried to delve deeper into the topic and asked whether Engelbert had contacted her, the 2024 rookie gave a one-word answer – “No.”
With all the noise around the league and CBA negotiation discussions nearby, it was a wise decision to keep it low-key and not add ‘fuel to the fire’. One person who would be happy with this is the Indiana Fever HC. Stephanie White already criticized the use of Caitlin Clark in WNBA CBA negotiations, calling her a ‘pawn in others’ games. Now that the former Iowa star is stepping away from all the fuss, hopefully she won’t be in the mix again.,
