Paige Bueckers has been owning the basketball realm like a boss. Following her stupendous debut for the Dallas Wings in the WNBA, the 23-year-old has been dominating the Unrivaled, too.
Recently, she spoke about how Unrivaled was much more physical than the WNBA. But that didn’t stop her from appearing on the top 5 scorers’ list of the league. Now, it’s true that the Wings’ star has the potential to become a legend.
But despite all of her accomplishments, Bueckers has never forgotten her roots, the UConn Huskies. And as she keeps going back to her college days, the Breeze BC star delved into one much-awaited question.

Paige Bueckers Gives Her Verdict On The Best UConn Huskies Team
Bueckers had a blast in the NCAA last year. Playing for the Huskies, she, along with her teammates like Kaitlyn Chen and others, took the field by storm. Even coach Geno Auriemma sounded utterly pleased with how his team played last season. Surprisingly, all of that has changed within 365 days.
As a fresh batch of Huskies took to the court, the level of dominance has been elevated. And trying to choose the best team from the two, Bueckers gave her honest verdict.
“Well, I’m going to say this year’s, or last year’s team. But the dominance that they’ve shown this year is insane. It’s crazy. It’s funny because me and Kaitlin have had a conversation like, did they even miss us? Like, was our presence even felt? Like, it was crazy. Just to see, like, how dominant they are this year. But I’m going to give them the gold last year,” said Bueckers.
