In just its second season, the Unrivaled league added two franchises, showing its intent to expand quickly. Breeze BC was one of those sides with Paige Bueckers selected as its central player. While the team was young, it had all the top selections from the WNBA league, making it a challenging team to beat.
On the floor, the Wings led the side with their offensive play and also worked on the defensive side. For her first season, the Unrivaled league commissioner labelled her ‘superstar’. And now the player earned another honor from the league.

Paige Bueckers Earns Top Unrivaled League Honor
The Dallas Wings star had been one of the top players in the WNBA and earned the Rookie of the Year accolade and All-Rookie first team honor. The player remained impactful for her Unrivaled team, Breeze BC and led them to the playoffs. Averaging nearly 24 points and 6.1 assists per game, the star trailed only Chelsea Gray.
With four game winners already in the season, the guard remained one of the top finishers and now earns All-Unrivaled First Team Honor. She joins Chelsea Gray and Kelsey Plum in the team.

While Phantom BC dominated the season-ending awards, PB’s individual performance in the season stood out and earned her special honor. Earlier, she won the free-throw contest in the season, and now the All-Unrivaled First Team selection highlights her top-notch performances.

Paige Bueckers Seals Semifinal Spot
The 2025 rookie was one of the contenders for the 1-on-1 competition given her skillset. Sadly, Chelsea Gray defeated her in the quarterfinals. But now the player had a chance to settle the score with the Aces superstar, as they faced each other in the playoff game for a place in the semifinal.
In the game, Paige Buckers led her team with 29 points and collected four rebounds. Dominique Malonga had a monster game with 14 points and 17 rebounds in the game as the Breeze BC defeated the defending champions by a 69-50 scoreline.

The team managed to keep Chelsea Gray quiet, limiting her to just 11 points, while Angel Reese scored 10 points and collected seven rebounds. Now the Breeze BC will take on Mist BC in the semifinal.
