Team USA tops the standings after four wins in as many games at the FIBA World Cup qualifiers. While her former coach, Geno Auriemma, called her a one-of-a-kind player, look-wise, PB has a duplicate: fans found it hard to tell the WNBA star apart from a girl in a dance video.
Paige Bueckers’ Lookalike Confuses Fans
The 2025 rookie made a name for herself with her skills on the basketball court. While she dominates the hardwood, she often shares her dance videos on TikTok and other platforms, showing off her skills outside the hoops.
Amid this, a video went viral with a girl, looking exactly like the Wings’ guard, at least from a distance, enjoying a party with her friends and displaying exquisite dance moves.

Ironically, her dress also resembled that of the 24-year-old star, which confused many fans who reacted to the video.

Paige Bueckers Gets Honest About Her Role In Team USA
The versatile guard has been one of the key figures in UConn’s latest national championship win and also put up excellent efforts for the Dallas Wings and Breeze BC in their respective leagues. While her stats might not look bulky, she contributes across the stat sheet, making her one of the most important players on the floor.
Talking about her contribution to Team USA, Bueckers explained, “It might be different. It might be scoring one night, defending one night, assisting one night, being a playmaker—but sort of pull it all into one and just be able to play with any different lineup and do whatever it takes in that lineup and in that possession.”
Earlier, Bueckers dropped a confident take on her defensive intensity, which separates her in the star-studded Team USA lineup.
