During a recent Q&A, Bueckers got real about managing teammates who don’t always take feedback well. Needless to say, her reasoning was unique, just like her ball handling.

“I think you have to get to know people personally. Get to know what makes them ‘them’, get to know their childhood. Everything is like a stem from your childhood. Seeing what people have been through, seeing what makes them go, why they react to certain things in certain way, how you can best talk,” she said.

They took on a squad featuring former All-Star Stephon Marbury, along with Al Harrington and Josh Howard, and came out on top in a lopsided win.
Marbury took to Instagram to recount the defeat with a mix of humor and respect, calling the duo literally had him in a chokehold and left him limping.
