We might already have the next WNBA star in line as the Sparks’ forward Rickea Jackson wants to work in Power Universe.
In a recent interview, the 2024 rookie revealed her love for the Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson’s Power universe. Interestingly, she’s not just a casual viewer; she’s ready to take a more active role in the series and already has a role in mind.
Rickea Jackson Wants To Work In Power Universe
The WNBA players’ offseason talents are making everyone fall in love with them once again. Caitlin Clark showcases her Golfing techniques while Angel Reese lightens up the fashion world with her presence. Now the Sparks’ forward is eager to show her acting skills and wants to act in Jackson’s Power Universe.

When asked if she’d ever consider stepping into a Power series, the 24-year-old was quick to respond as she said, “Oh yes. Oh, I love power and Raising. Kanan. I love all that type of stuff. Yes.” The star mentioned that she would love to be part of his mother’s crew in Raising Kanan as she is a fan of Raquel “Raq” Thomas. She found her loyal and called her boss.
On the basketball front, Rickea was part of the Sparks’ push for the final place in the WNBA playoffs, but finished ninth in the standings. She played with Kelsey Plum for the first time and was impressed by her game knowledge.

The LA Sparks’ veteran joined the team to take on a new challenge and lead a team to the championship. She was happy with the roster available to her, but shocked when she saw the former Tennessee star’s athletic abilities. On the ‘Bird’s View’ podcast, the former champion narrated the story to host Sue Bird.
“The other day at practice, playing against guys, we’re on D, and this guy likes backdoor cuts. She was coming from the weak side, and someone passed it to him, he goes up to dunk it… and she blocked him at the rim. I have never seen that before with a female… unbelievable talent!” Plum said.

While the player delivered similar athletic ability on the floor, has passion for and interest in acting in Power Universe, maybe it’s time for the makers to think about giving the 2024 rookie a chance in one of the episodes.
