The Falcons’ Rookie James Pearce Jr. faces a stay-away order from the WNBA star from the court after arrest and bond posting. Fans wanted a severe punishment, and there might be a chance of that, as the star is willing to attend the next trial.

According to the New York Post’s reports, she’s going to give her side of the events. A recent court filing shows that Jackson’s lawyers mentioned that his client is “willing to testify at trial” if necessary.
“In a notice that was filed in the criminal case against Pearce Jr. in Miami-Dade County, Fla. on Tuesday, Jackson’s lawyers wrote the WNBA star ‘remains cooperative and willing to testify at trial, if one is necessary,’” the outlet reported.

While the player gave her first statement to the police at the time of Pearce Jr.’s arrest, she narrated the whole story, including their relationship status. Her testimony will be crucial in the case, which could drastically impact the decision, putting the player’s professional status in danger. His lawyer agreed to the conditions set by the court as of now.
