Sophie Cunningham might not be in recent news for any action on the court, but she is certainly having a lively offseason. The player was with fellow WNBA Star Erica Wheeler at the LA courts and also shared a post showing off her dance moves in front of the camera with the Seattle guard.

Sophie Cunningham’s Red Flag Criteria In Her Potential Boyfriend
Talking to ‘Complex’ about setting a red flag in a guy before dating. She had to answer five questions for a red flag or a green flag.
The 29-year-old gave the first red flag to those who always have their phone on Do Not Disturb. The second red flag came up for guys for a guy having a girl as a best friend. The third question was whether it’s a red flag if a guy always puts his phone facedown. Cunningham said, “I feel like, yeah, Red flag.”
Giving her reason, she said, “[He] never texts you first.” The fourth one came for using sleep or taking a nap as an excuse, while the fifth and final question also received a red flag, as the former Missouri star is not a fan of people who won’t plan for a date.

The player was surprisingly not a fan of LA either, as she revealed her reason in a TikTok video. While the versatile star spoke about the biggest turndowns while finding a companion, the player is not a fan of the WNBA’s recent approach in the CBA either.
Sophie Cunningham is Not Happy With The League Owners’ Approach Either
Even though the former Mercury star is away from the action, she is involved in the CBA discussions as a WNBPA member and speaks about them regularly on her podcast. In a recent episode, she criticized the league owners for not valuing the players in the offers so far.
Cunningham said, “It just blows my mind that these other owners are doing the most bare minimum. And it’s like sell your team and let other people who want to be a part of something great put their money into it. It’s just kind of crazy to me.”
While the league increased salary offers and made adjustments to the revenue-sharing model, too, the WNBPA is hoping to see ‘respectable’ values in the offers.
