Of all the names that the WNBA realm is most familiar with, Sophie Cunningham will definitely be at the top. She has emerged as one of the biggest stars after joining the Indiana Fever last year. Now, her season came to a premature end following a knee injury.
But as she is en route to her recovery, Cunningham is not keeping herself out of the spotlight. Competing in the Annika Pro Am, the 29-year-old made some big headlines. Fans even faked injuries just to get hugs from Cunningham.
And now, she is in the news again. After recently learning about Bills’ ‘Mafia pregame rituals’, Cunningham had a very strong reaction.

Sophie Cunningham Uncomfortable With Bills’ Pre-Game Ritual
Appearing on the ‘Show Me Something’ podcast, Cunningham, co-host West Wilson, and their guest Kevin spoke about a particular Bills’ pregame ritual. The ritual, known as the “Bills Mafia,” showed three fans drinking from bowling balls on top of a bus.
And as if that wasn’t enough, she shockingly discovered that they were used balls. As the video continued, another older fan tossed a burger into the air and sprayed himself with ketchup and mustard.
Looking at all these antics, Cunningham could not help but give a disdainful response. “That’s actually disturbing and f***ing gross…that’s just disgusting as f***” Cunningham commented.

Sophie Cunningham Is Happy After Her First Session Of Hot Yoga
Cunningham is making the most of her time off the court. Trying on different things to get her focus back on time for the next season, the 29-year-old recently shared her experience with hot yoga.
“In case you’re wondering, which I know you’re not, but I’m just going to throw it out there. … (If you’re) wondering why I look like I just got out of a swimming pool, I just did hot yoga for the first time. Oh my gosh. Actually, I think I’m still in a workout,” Cunningham stated.

Narrating further about her experience, the Fever guard said, “That gave me nothing. Sorry that was pointless to everybody, but oh my gosh, I’ve never done that before, and I look like an idiot because I don’t know the flow yet, but I’m about to be a damn yogi.”
Thus, with a lot happening with Cunningham lately, it now remains to be seen what more interesting stories she has to share in the upcoming days.
