While most of her fans are looking for answers, Cunningham has a deep-rooted connection with Missouri. During her four years playing basketball for the Tigers from 2015 to 2019, she became one of the program’s all-time greats. She started all 129 games, averaging 17.0 points, 5.4 rebounds, and 3.0 assists per game.

That said, despite all the struggles, players are showing an amazing spirit. They recently participated in a team photo shoot, where they posed together, crutches in hand, with big smiles on their faces.
However, the Fever are striving to keep their playoff hopes alive. With a 22-20 record, they are currently sitting in seventh place, and every game counts. They’ve got two big matchups waiting for them. First, they will face the Washington Mystics on September 7 and then the Minnesota Lynx at home on September 9.
