When Caitlin Clark first came into the WNBA, little did she know that she would develop a strong bond with one of her teammates in particular. Enter Sophie Cunningham, and now, the chemistry of the duo is adorable. While being termed as an ‘enforcer,’ Cunningham recently detailed Clark’s behind-the-scenes influence on the Indiana Fever.
Now, as the offseason is underway, the duo is having some fun outside of the WNBA court. While Clark is currently busy playing at the Annika Pro-Am golf tournament, Cunningham and Lexie Hull have tagged along with her to help her as a caddie.
And now, while answering some rapid-fire questions, Cunningham revealed one major task she will never trust Clark to handle.
What Did Sophie Cunningham Say About Caitlin Clark?
After her tie-up with the Indiana Fever, Cunningham is making some noise outside of the WNBA. Likewise, as she appeared in a rapid-fire round with Front Office Sports on Instagram, the 29-year-old was asked about who would be the last person to run her social media.

And without any hesitation, the Fever guard pointed out that it would be Clark. The WNBA star further clarified that she was sure that Clark would make a complete mess of her social media accounts.
“Oh, 1000% Caitlin Clark,” Cunningham said. “She is a shit starter. She would definitely start some stuff over there.”

Well, this was certainly one of the many instances of Cunningham messing around with Clark. However, it is not always the 29-year-old who trolls Clark. In a recent turn of events, Clark, too, mocked Cunningham for her lack of golf knowledge.
Caitlin Clark Points Out Major Golf Lingo Mistake From Sophie Cunningham
Cunningham felt delighted when she learned that organizers had invited her to caddie for Clark at the Annika Pro-Am. Now then, while we all know that Clark is an ardent golfer, the same cannot be said about Cunningham.

While celebrating the news of her invitation at the Pelican Golf Club in Bellair, Florida, on November 12, Cunningham took to her social media and wrote, “FOUR.”
Soon after, the 2024 Rookie of the Year picked up on the mistake and reshared the story on her Instagram. Correcting Cunningham, Clark mocked her fellow Indiana Fever mate and said, “yeah clearly we have a lot to learn about golf… It’s fore bud @sophie_champ”
