Sophie Cunningham’s ‘Show Me Something’ podcast is a really unfiltered one, with the player providing exhibits for her statements and claims. More importantly, she never backs down from her words except on one occasion, where she apologized to Cathy Engelbert for her criticism.
The topic came up with her latest revelation, as the player showed a close-up of her lips, claiming that she has herpetic ulcers. And staying true to her character, she joked about the same.

The player revealed she got the issue at the Sophie Cunningham Classic and is now dealing with a nasty cold sore. While Cunningham expresses gratitude to her hometown after the massive success of her event, the cold sore afterwards will keep reminding her of the event.

Sophie Cunningham Slams Slow CBA Progress
The WNBA and WNBPA have been working on the new CBA deal for the past year, and given their current state, everyone is expressing concern about the league’s future. The Fever forward is also one of them. Reacting to the tumultuous situation the league is in, the forward lashed out at the league authorities on her podcast.
“Our CBA is so dumb right now, that it’s heading towards a lockout. No. Honestly, nothing. We get weekly e-mails from the PA side of things, and it’s just so dumb. Dumb, dumb, dumb,” said Cunningham.
While WNBPA representatives are denying any chances of a strike or lockdown, there is no specific date for the new season yet.
