The 29-year-old suffered a season-ending injury well before the playoffs and had been working closely with the franchise to get back to her 100% fitness. She did hot Yoga, and after that, she shared her honest first impressions after the first hour-long yoga session. Now her workout includes hot Pilates, and she gives insights about it, too.
Cunningham said, “A lot of people come here, they want more flexibility. And its better for them. But I gotta do what’s best for my body. I have a bad back. So this is just for me, stretching, like engaging my core, sweating, so that’s what I do.”

She mentioned that she is continuing to work on her rehabilitation and added that Pilates gives her little muscles a solid foundation. Early in November, Sophie Cunningham teased a full recovery and was moving well on the golf course as well. But now she is strengthening her muscles.
